We would like to invite you to cooperate on one of our projects.
This project requires our support in organizing and assisting, with assistants for product-related conversations.
These interviews take place online but, we require our assistants to be in the country that the participant is from.
This product has 3 stages:
Stage 1
This involves calling the participant and organizing a test call.
We will provide you with contacts details for multiple participants based in your country. You would need to contact the participants in order until one of them agrees. On the call you would also need to check what interview date they would prefer from a selection and check the person you are calling is the person they say they are.
Stage 2
This involves conducting test calls.
You would need to join the test call with the participant and check the below points:
Does their camera work and is it stable?
Is there any background noise and if so can they eliminate it?
Does the participant's physical appearance match the profile we provide you (i.e. Curly hair, long hair, etc)?
Is their speed of internet quick enough?
If they pass these questions they have passed the test call (test calls normally take 5 minutes).
Stage 3
This involves assisting with the start of interviews.
You would need to join a meeting via our teams account 5-10 minutes before the start time.
You would need to wait for the participant to join and then introduce yourself as part of the 'Let's Connect Programme'
You would then need to wait for the interviewer to join and then introduce yourself as part of the 'Let's Connect Programme'
Once all parties are in you would say you are going to start the recording and then click on a recording button. You would then need to wait for a couple of minutes and leave the meeting (The recording will continue even though you leave).
We will provide you as the assistant with the contact details and a team’s account to use where the assistant can join the product-related conversations.
Any costs incurred when contacting participants will be covered by ourselves. The assistant will need to keep a record of how many minutes/hours they work on for this project and provide an invoice every month.
