1. Need to provide cent percent human translation that establishes the right meaning and essence of the source content.

3. Project specific Glossary should be used strictly (except rare cases).
4. It is a cat tool where the article appears in segmented form. However, the translation should be done keeping prior segments in consideration to maintain the continuity of the translated text.
5. Each Segment has an Auto QA check. The linguist needs to keep fixing all QA issues (if auto detected by the tool) at the time of translation.
6. There is a machine translation (Google translation) named NMT given for each segment which needs to be avoided strictly. This function is only for the use of the client and their backend developers and not for the translators as the translators are required to produce pure human translation (heavy penalty may be imposed if machine / google / NMT translation is found).
7. At least 2500 words daily output has to be ensured. The daily progress will be monitored live. No proper progress on a day will force us to deactivate the assigned work ID. We understand a little less output on a day is highly human. That is okay, but zero or near zero output won't be accepted as that would make the linguist rush through the project towards the end which will certainly impact quality.
8. Need to ensure that the output does not have spelling / grammar errors.

We are expanding our database in the following services: transcription, translation, subtitling, editing, dubbing, voice over, in all Indian and foreign languages.

Details of the project: We are looking for individual translators & and teams; who would work with us in translating various English documents into Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, Oriya, Assamese, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Bengali.
The documents are transcripts of various academic lectures.
We will give you the English transcript and the audio of the lecture; you will need to translate the English transcript into the regional language. The audio will be just for your reference. We will pay you INR 0.35 paise per word.
So if you take a 1000 words file to work we will be paying you INR 350 for the 1000 words.
Your job will be to translate the left side written as VO script of the English transcript into Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, Oriya, Assamese, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Bengali text in a bi-lingual format, meaning retaining the English text and typing the Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, Oriya, Assamese, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Bengali text below.
Points to be noted in translated files:
1. Check the English lecture and translate the lecture files into the regional language in a Word doc (unicode font).
2. Ensure there are no grammatical and spelling errors, while translating.
3. Translated material should be delivered as a Word file.
4. Delivery of translated files is expected to be completed within the stipulated timeline.
Listed below is the pay procedure:
1. We pay between INR 0.35 per word.
2. We pay net 45 days from the date of invoice. But we understand that you need to develop trust on us for this and so initially for the first 2 weeks we will pay you weekly, you have to send us an invoice for all the work done in that week and we will clear that in 2-3 days on receipt of your invoice. Post the first two weekly payments we would love to get you on our regular pay system that is 45 days from the date of invoice. Here for example: you work from 1st to 30 of September and raise the invoice on 1st of October; the payment would be processed within 15th of November (so 45 days from your invoice date is the processing time).
3. We pay you for all the work you do in your Bank Account by NEFT that is online transfers.
4. We deduct a TDS of 1% for individuals and @2% for company on their billing amount for all our payments.
Note: We will take a small translation test to check if you are good for the same work. The test results will be communicated to all the applicants through an email. The candidates that are not shortlisted due to quality concerns would not be eligible for reapplication.
