• We are looking for 16 hours/day of medical information support during Europe off business hours (5pm to 9am) and on weekends
• The call volumes are 12-15 calls through the entire year
• The resource handing these calls should have basic life-sciences background (B.Sc. or B.Pharm)
• Resources are expected to be highly fluent in German and Spanish (2 separate resources)
• The calls would come-in from Medical professionals, patients, clinics or pharmacists to majorly report adverse events, product quality complaints or to get response to a medical query regarding products
• The resource will be trained by Indegene on products and his/her job process
The tasks of the resource would be as follows:
• Intake and documentation of medical information queries in IRMS and triaging the same to person working during business hours
• Adverse event/Product quality reporting

Appen hat ein neues Telephony Speech Projekt für die deutsche Sprache und wir laden dich gerne dazu ein! Du unterstützt die Verfügbarkeit neuer Sprachtechnologien auf Deutsch und verdienst gleichzeitig Geld für kurze Telefonate mit deinen Freunden oder Familienmitgliedern.
Es handelt sich hierbei um eine kurzweilige und spannende Aufgabe. Du tätigst vier Anrufe zu einem Freund oder Familienmitglied. Für jeden Anruf kannst du eines von den vorgegebenen Themen, wie z.B. Sport, Urlaub, Familie, Freunde, aussuchen. Die Anrufe dauern jeweils 15 Minuten und werden aufgezeichnet. Die Telefonate erfolgen mit deinem Handy über unser Webinterface. Dafür benötigst du lediglich eine Internetverbindung, zusätzliche Kosten fallen für die Anrufe nicht an. Die Gespräche werden anonymisiert aufgezeichnet, denn wir nehmen keine persönlichen Daten auf.
Diese Aufgabe sollte max. 1 Stunde dauern und wir entschädigen deinen Aufwand mit USD $50 (ca. 43€) auf deinem Paypal oder Payoneer Konto, nachdem du die Aufgabe vollständig abgeschlossen und den Qualitätscheck erfolgreich bestanden hast (falls du weniger als 4 Anrufe tätigst, werden wir dich proportional bezahlen).
