There is a great opportunity to work in a few large-volume AI projects. The projects will run in 50 languages.
Since the client cares most about this project, they decided that they want to have direct access to the users where they train them, monitor their work and do their payments too.
The client needs 200 native users per language.
The scope of work is that the users will find written paragraphs where they will be asked to rate, categorize them and maybe rewrite some parts of them according to guidelines that will be provided.
The timeline for this project will be two to four days a week, depending on the volume of available work. The first batch of users will be ready for work on the 30th of June. Therefore, we need to onboard team members for training and assessment within the next two days, ensuring they are fully prepared for the uploads on the 30th.
All users will be asked to take a quiz at first and the passed users will be onboarded to work on the project.
The client will process payment weekly.

Requirements:
- Native speaker;
- 3+ years of experience as a translator and solid background in localization market with proven experience in ICT or related domains;
- Be proficient in English and has the degree in translation related major, or certified by a global organization such as IELTS, TOEFL, and TOEIC, etc.
- Be proficient in using CAT tool and check tool, like Trados Studio and xbench;
- Be familiar with linguistic and cultural customs of the mother tongue-speaking country;
- Curious, quick learner and attentive to details;
- Quick response, accept task in tight schedule.

Appen will be working on a new project for highly skilled Slovenian translators to work on the task. The task is to review and correct translations of sentences sourced from Wikipedia. We will provide you with Guidelines for how to assess the translations. The data will be used to develop better AI-powered translation systems from English into your language.
