Sample text (50 to 200 words): First-line (1L) therapy for LA or mUC consists of cisplatin-based combinations, such as methotrexate, vinblastine, doxorubicin and cisplatin (MVAC) and gemcitabine + cisplatin in patients eligible for these therapies. In China, platinum-based 1L chemotherapies are recommended by bladder cancer treatment guidelines [2014 CUA bladder cancer treatment guideline] and are commonly used in clinical practice, similar to global standards. For cisplatin-eligible patients, gemcitabine + cisplatin is the predominant standard of care. Though an MVAC regimen is still recommended in the Chinese treatment guideline, this regimen is often not implemented due to a high toxicity. For cisplatin-ineligible patients, gemcitabine + carboplatin is one of the recommended regimens by Chinese guidelines, and the most commonly used treatment in Chinese clinical practice. In Chinese clinical practice, the treatment options for cisplatin-ineligible patients arealso limited because programmed cell death protein-1 (PD-1)/programmed death ligand-1 (PD-L1) inhibitors are not approved for LA/mUC at this time. Paclitaxel may be used with gemcitabine with or without platinum in some cases. These regimens demonstrated an objective response rate (ORR) of up to 50%, including approximately 10% to 15% complete responses (CRs).

Tasks are distributed upon availability and are carried out in a distance-working environment through a specific web interface. Entries are paid through PayPal according to the expertise.
