1. The client needs the recording in English (US or UK accent).

d. Rate confirmation - 12 USD per person per hour of audio.
e. The accent you handle (English US or English UK).
2. Once the details are shared we will add you to the whatsapp group and send you the portal link with the credentials.
3. You must log in using the credentials and attempt a voice recording test.
4. If your voice is approved we will process you to the actual task.
5. Every resource should have a pair and we will share a topic. You should prepare the script based on the topic you pick.
Example: General/Social Topic - Discussion about the trip.
Business Topic - Insurance related.
6. Each general / social topic should be a minimum of 10 minutes. 6 topics will become one hour.
7. Each business topic should be a minimum of 15 minutes.
8. Each pair must complete a total of 30 conversational hours within 14 days.
9.In case one of the partner can’t continue then the fresh partner can be taken by the other resource to continue the task. Payment will not be done if 30 hrs in 14 days are not reached.
10. If the task is completed on Sunday the details about the number of hours should be sent by Tuesday. Payment will be processed within 7-10 days.
11. Once a pair completes 30 hours, the same speakers should be repeated for another 30 hours.
12. This is a long term project that has a total duration of 5000 hours.
13. There are no specifications like native speakers, if you can handle English US or UK you can join the project.

15. The artists will need to sign disclosure forms.

MILKY WAY PROJECT:
During this Search Engine Evaluation project, participants will evaluate the quality of queries made by internet users while navigating through different map applications.
The entries to evaluate will be of varied nature, from user intent to authentication of data accuracy.
LIGHTSPEED PROJECT:
During this Search Engine Evaluation project, participants will encounter a variety of different tasks, each unique with their own guidelines and entrance exam. The first task is called Browser/Phone SBS. In the first task, you will view results for a search query and rate how “satisfying” each result is based on predetermined metrics.
Main requirements:
• You are a native or fluent speaker of English (India).
• You are fluent in English, as all the guidelines and certifications will be in English.
• You have been living in India for at least 5 years! Our evaluators must be familiar with the local businesses, points of interest, colloquialisms, etc.
• You have access to a good internet connection and a computer.
• You are available for at least 20 hours per week. Your schedule will be totally flexible: you decide when to work!
• You are willing to take our entry training and/or certifications to ensure you qualify for this project.
