In Chinese clinical practice, the treatment options for cisplatin-ineligible patients arealso limited because programmed cell death protein-1 (PD-1)/programmed death ligand-1 (PD-L1) inhibitors are not approved for LA/mUC at this time. Paclitaxel may be used with gemcitabine with or without platinum in some cases. These regimens demonstrated an objective response rate (ORR) of up to 50%, including approximately 10% to 15% complete responses (CRs).

Details of the project: It’s a long-term project and the translation will be about electronic products like smartphone, watch, PC, etc., it mainly includes [UI strings, UG and Privacy agreement, and sometimes some Legal and Contract content] that appears or related with the electronic products.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional written translation/review/QA from source language to target language.
- Proactively good search of reference materials, follow instructions and raise valid queries during translation.
- Do final check to avoid low-level mistakes according to PM's requirements.
- Implement feedback, if any.

Special requirements to the applicants: Requirements:
- Native speaker.
- 3+ years of experience as a translator and solid background in localization market with proven experience in ICT or related domains.
- Be proficient in English and has the degree in translation related major, or certified by a global organization such as IELTS, TOEFL, and TOEIC, etc.
- Be proficient in using CAT tool and check tool, like Trados Studio and xbench.
- Be familiar with linguistic and cultural customs of the mother tongue-speaking country.

Description of the project:
Service: Transcription with timestamp (required in standard paragraph format).
+ Commenting / annotation + translation from Indic to EN_US.
Area of expertise: Multiple domains.
Resource / translator to transcribe into the native language and highlight slang and any sensitive content as per the scope/focus area. Then translate the whole content into English.

Job responsibilities:
1. Need to provide cent percent human translation that establishes the right meaning and essence of the source content.
Literal translation / word to word translation or translation that does not carry proper meaning, will not be accepted.
2. All project specific instructions (such as transliteration rule, Tags, Terminology etc) should be followed at all times.
3. Project specific Glossary should be used strictly (except rare cases).
4. It is a cat tool where the article appears in segmented form. However, the translation should be done keeping prior segments in consideration to maintain the continuity of the translated text.
5. Each Segment has an Auto QA check. The linguist needs to keep fixing all QA issues (if auto detected by the tool) at the time of translation.
6. There is a machine translation (Google translation) named NMT given for each segment which needs to be avoided strictly. This function is only for the use of the client and their backend developers and not for the translators as the translators are required to produce pure human translation (heavy penalty may be imposed if machine / google / NMT translation is found).
7. At least 2500 words daily output has to be ensured. The daily progress will be monitored live. No proper progress on a day will force us to deactivate the assigned work ID. We understand a little less output on a day is highly human. That is okay, but zero or near zero output won't be accepted as that would make the linguist rush through the project towards the end which will certainly impact quality.
8. Need to ensure that the output does not have spelling / grammar errors.
