LXT is an emerging leader in AI training data to power intelligent technology for global organizations. In partnership with an international network of contributors, LXT collects and annotates data across multiple modalities with the speed, scale and agility required by the enterprise.
We are seeking participants for a video recording project involving a series of short selfie videos taken at countertop height. The project aims to capture participants walking towards a device in both a normal and a spoof manner. Each participant will be required to record themselves at four different distances for each scenario, following specific guidelines.
Key responsibilities
Record 15 seconds selfie videos at countertop height using an iPad or iPhone.
Perform actions in both a normal (live) manner and a spoof manner.
Complete recordings for the following five scenarios:
Live/undisguised person: No disguise, just a normal walk towards the device.
Print spoof: Attach a high-quality printed photo of yourself to your face and follow the same protocol as the live scenario.
Replay spoof: Replace your face with a screen showing a selfie video of yourself and follow the same protocol as the live scenario.
Cutout spoof: use a carefully cut out high quality color print of your face and follow the same protocol as the live scenario.
Wall portrait spoof: record a still video of a large portrait of yourself hung in a wall ensuring both the device and portrait remain stationary.

Quality: Ability to produce and submit high quality color prints and videos.
Compliance: Adherence to specific recording protocols for each scenario.
Compensation
$9.35 for each video recorded and accepted (minimum video requirement is 8 and maximum is 12, approximately 8 videos can be completed in one hour).
$2.25 for each photo submitted as part of the required scenarios.

Alt-hough this has given cause for optimism that the democratic transition could accelerate, checks and bal-ances within the governance framework are still underdeveloped. The Union Parliament, in particular, faces specific challenges to perform oversight for budget and service delivery.
This lack of accountability negatively impacts the performance and effectiveness of the government’s expenditure for delivery of social services such as education and healthcare. Since government spending in these sectors is already low (as a percentage of GDP) by international standards, tangible improve-ments of accessibility and quality are needed nearly everywhere in the country, in particular to cement popular support of peace in conflict-affected areas.
During the 2011-2016 term the Union Parliament (Pyidaungsu Hluttaw) took initial steps to establish a par-liamentary culture and practice. International IDEA and its partners have supported those efforts, in partic-ular the capacity of the Hluttaws’ (Joint) Public Accounts Committee (tasked with the primary responsibil-ity for budgetary oversight) by conducting needs-assessment surveys on the overall performance; training and on-the-job support to staff and members of the PACs to understand the Myanmar budget cycle, ex-posing them to international good practices regarding parliament’s role in the budget process; and trans-ferring skills on information-gathering and research methods.
The EU is preparing to provide direct Budget Support to Myanmar and one of the proposed conditionali-ties for the budget support to the Government of Myanmar relate to the JPAC improving its performance related to international standards as measured by the Public Expenditure and Financial Accountability (PEFA) framework.
The EU assigned two technical advisors over a 6 week period in October-November 2016 to assist with completing a needs assessment and finalising a proposal and work plan for the 3 year proposed program which will be implemented by International IDEA.
