Since 1988 I had been working often in multinational circumstances and therefore many document and books coming in English needed to refer and even some of which be transduced into Indonesian for either practical uses, implementation and knowledge contained wide-spreading at targeted community and site.

Two SKAT publications entitled Hydraulics Engineering Manual (Alex Arter and Ueli Meier) and Micro Pelton Turbines (Markus Eisenring) have been translated into Indonesian and published each on 1991 and 1993 by SKAT, St. Gallen, Switzerland.
