We have a new potential transcription and translation assignment of the translation.
The following is the requirement:
1. Transcription of video in the same language with timeline code.
2. Translation of Hokkien/Mandarin into English for certain parts of the conversation.
The first video recording is around an hour and the second video recording is around 15 minutes. The audio recording was made as a backup to the first video recording though it is 5 minutes longer (the video recording ran out of battery at around the hour mark).
