My minimum rate is 0.14 Euro per source word.

But I prefer to work at 0.20 Euro per source word.

I charge for my services at least 35 Euro per hour.

And my minimum charge per document is 50 Euro.

I have not obtained an official translator / linguist degree, but I still provide high-quality language services.

My name is Mauricio Corrêa. I am a native Portuguese speaker, born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil.

Since 2011, I discovered a passion for translating (English to Portuguese) that started with personal projects (documents, texts and subtitles translating for my own use) and I decided I would like to work on this field. I did some freelance jobs here and there, and clients were always satisfied with my work.
In Nov. 2013, wikiHow invited me to take a test to become a translator for them; I passed, and I worked with them until February 2025.
Since February 2024, I also create subtitles professionally, translating from Portuguese to English and creating closed captions in English (SDH/HOH).
