I am a native speaker of Portuguese.

My minimum rate is 0.03 Euro per source word.

But I prefer to work at 0.05 Euro per source word.

I charge for my services at least 30 Euro per hour.

And my minimum charge per document is 30 Euro.

I have obtained an official translator / linguist degree.

I have been working as a translator since 2007.

I provide the following services: Translation, Proofreading, Interpretation (consecutive), Interpretation (simultaneous), Subtitling, Teaching (Language Courses).

By today, I have translated about up to 10,000 words.

I use the following tools: Wordfast.

I am best in the following fields: Advertising & Public Relations, Copywriting, Education / Pedagogy, Fashion / Textiles / Clothing, Food / Nutrition, General, Literature / Poetry, Travel & Tourism.

I am not a sworn translator.

I am 35 years old and I have a degree in Portuguese and English Teaching from the University of Minho. In addition, during these years I was able to prepare students for examinations of several grades in both disciplines. I have extensive experience teaching classes and intensive courses at various levels of English for Lancaster College and Lancaster King's School of Languages since 2008, as well as being responsible for School Coordination with the main tasks of conducting interviews with possible students and their placement in the most diverse levels of English;I also have the CiPELT (certificate required to teach compulsory English in 1st cycle) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching English at Catholic University, as well as several other webinars and seminars specific to Cambridge and Oxford. Being that I possess more than 1600 days of time of service. In addition, over the years I have been doing several translation and linguistic correction work for the Textile Department of the University of Minho, under Professor Dr António Souto. I have a great sense of responsibility and, in my duties, I have demonstrated flexibility and initiative.
