But I prefer to work at 0.25 Euro per source word.

I charge for my services at least 25 Euro per hour.

And my minimum charge per document is 25 Euro.

I have not obtained an official translator / linguist degree, but I still provide high-quality language services.

I provide English–Amharic language services with a strong command of both languages and a particular focus on accuracy, clarity, natural expression, and preserving the intended meaning and tone of the original text.

English is a central part of my academic, professional, and entrepreneurial life. I use English extensively in my work as a co-founder of two businesses, including business communication, research, proposals, presentations, negotiations, documentation, and communication with people from different professional backgrounds. This has given me extensive practical exposure to professional English beyond everyday conversation.

I am also a highly attentive reader and communicator. When working between languages, I focus not only on translating individual words, but on understanding context, tone, intent, terminology, and how the final text will naturally be understood by an Amharic-speaking audience. I am comfortable researching unfamiliar terminology and verifying information rather than guessing.

While I am building my professional portfolio as a freelance translator and do not yet have an extensive list of formal translation clients, I take the quality and reliability of my work seriously. I am particularly interested in developing long-term professional relationships and contributing consistently to ongoing projects.
