My minimum rate is 0.10 Euro per source word.

But I prefer to work at 0.12 Euro per source word.

I charge for my services at least 15 Euro per hour.

And my minimum charge per document is 35 Euro.

I have obtained an official translator / linguist degree.

I have been working as a translator since 2020.

I provide the following services: Translation, Proofreading, Subtitling.

By today, I have translated about up to 10,000 words.

I do not use any computer aided translation tools.

I am best in the following fields: Arts and Humanities, Geography, Journalism, Law (Banking & Financial), Law (General), Law (Contracts), Literature / Poetry, Media / Multimedia, Sports / Recreation / Fitness, Travel & Tourism.

I am available for work Full week, including weekends.

I have been working as a translator for nearly two and a
half years. Firstly, I worked as a translator / editor for a Business Research firm in Cairo, which required me to translate energy-related press releases and local news sources from Arabic to English. After this experience, I was headhunted as a freelance translator for Sportstranslations.com and have been working for them since.

In terms of my formal Arabic education, I was awarded a
fully-funded scholarship to enrol in an "Advanced Arabic" Master's programme at the American University in Cairo (AUC), which included several modules on advanced translation. I also have an MA in Arabic and Middle Eastern History from the University of Edinburgh.


I specialise in both MSA and Egyptian Colloquial Arabic following
four and a half years living in the country.
