My name is Mastawesha Shegu. I hold Bachelor degree in Management from Admas University, Addis Ababa. I worked in nonprofit sector for about six years. During this time apart from my daily routines, I have written and edited proposals, plans, strategies and reports. I was involved in several proposal writing to different donors including USAID, Irish Aid, European Union, Threshold Finland of which most of them were funded.
