Details of the project: We are currently looking for Chinese (Cantonese) translators with proven interview experience to join a project in the tourism area.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one or focus-group user interviews (online) based on the interview guides provided by the project team.
- Follow the designated outline to ask questions and effectively moderate the sessions, ensuring the quality and completeness of the information gathered.
- Prepare and deliver post-interview summary reports in English.
- Collaborate with the project team on content reviews and translation coordination as needed.

Special requirements to the applicants: Requirements:
- Native Cantonese speaker with the ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in user interviews or market research; candidates with a background in research projects will be given preference.
- Familiarity with executing interview guides, applying questioning techniques, and maintaining objective, unbiased note-taking.
- Ability to produce clear, well-structured, and comprehensive interview summaries that eliminate subjective bias.
- Proficient in using online meeting tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Able to commit to at least 6 interviews per month (workload may fluctuate based on project needs; long-term cooperation is highly preferred).
- Responsive to assignments and capable of handling urgent ad-hoc requests when required.
- Strong interest in establishing a long-term working relationship.
We want to pay for this job: 25 EUR per hour
