Requirements:

1. The translation agency must be based in the Netherlands or France; the agency’s director must be a local resident and personally oversee the translation work;

2. The agency must be small in scale, with a staff of approximately 2–5 people;

3. The agency must be willing to complete a test translation and return the relevant contract documents;
