Type: Full-time (Stable schedule with consistent workflow).
Compensation Model: Competitive Per-Minute Rate (Get paid for every minute of active interpretation!).
Training: Fully-funded, Free Professional Training provided to prepare you for success.
Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) guaranteed after completing your first year as a full-timer.
Requirements:
Fluency (Native or near-native level) in both Russian and English.
Strong conversational and professional interpretation skills.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet remote workspace.
Previous experience in medical, legal, or customer service interpretation is a plus (but not mandatory, thanks to our comprehensive training!).
