工作流程： 只用整理术语 保持全文术语一致

 译员先对机翻的术语表进行PE（修改、增
加、删除）
 译员PE后的术语表，我司会重新跑机翻文
件再进行术语不一致的报告。
 译员修改报告保证全文术语正确统一。

理术语，不用管字幕
