We are coordinating an interpretation project in Warsaw, Poland, and we would like to check your availability to provide interpretation equipment and/or interpreters for the event. Please find the project details below:

ul. Grzybowska 45, 00-844 Warszawa, Poland
• Dates: 09/12/2025 – 10/12/2025
• Time: 09:00 – 13:00
• Duration: 2 days
• Task Type: Simultaneous interpreting
• Languages: English ↔ Arabic (bidirectional)
• Subject Matter: Business / Commerce (general)
Interpreter Requirements
• EN ⇄ AR simultaneous interpreter(s)
• Linguists must be based in Poland
• Please advise on the hourly rate
• Kindly provide the total cost for interpretation for the full event duration
Equipment Requirements
• 1 ISO-compliant booth
• 55 headsets/receivers
• Full setup one day before the event
Please confirm your availability for the above dates and share the following:
1. Daily rate for EN–AR / AR–EN simultaneous interpretation
2. Daily rate for providing the required equipment
3. Any additional technical or logistical fees
4. Total cost for both project days
