Global Lingo offers link checking work in Sgaw Karen: Job 00071781
Source language(s): English Target language(s): Karen
Details of the project: We have a potential project and we would like to know if you could help us with it, please find the details below:
• Service required: Link Checking.
• Language: Sgaw Karen
Service definition: Link Checking refers to checking those surveys (usually surveys we translated and then client scripts and publish online) are working, correct and make sense in the target language(s).
Basically, the linguist needs to test the link a few times, selecting different option, just as if they were actually taking the survey. They have a Feedback log we provide where they write any issue they find and add screenshots so the client can then go and fix them.
We also provide them with the original text and the translations (in Excel or Word format, it depends), so they can refer to that.
In short, it is like an LSO done on a survey online.
We don’t have any dates nor volume confirmed as the project is not approved yet but we would like to know your rate per hour for this service so we can consider you once this is confirmed by the client.
In case you are not available/interested/suitable for this
opportunity, could you please recommend someone for this job and share this opportunity within your professional circle?
Looking forward to hearing from you!
