= Must be a native Khasi
= Must be available for quick projects
= Must be available during most of the times in a week
= Must adhere to deadlines and quality requirements
= Must have good internet speed
= Must have a computer/ laptop
= Should have a good typing speed
= Ability to translate legal documents is a plus
= Should have atleast 1 year translation experience
= Should be flexible in working with all file types
= Should be good with MS Word, Excel, PDF and Powerpoint
