Norwegian Bokmal speech records
We are introducing our newest Data Collection – Speech Collection Project!
On this occasion, we are looking for native contributors to help our client improve their voice assistants and their smart speakers to better understand accents, languages and dialects.
For this project, you are required to:
• Be a native of Norwegian (Bokmal).
• Have PC/Mobile phone with good quality headphones or working microphone for the recording.
• Have access to a quiet room/environment to do recording work.
• Have a stable internet connection.
You will then be required to:
1. Read prompts (90%).
• Speakers will read the prompts that are shown on the screen out loud and at a regular pace. Speakers should pronounce words as you normally do.
Topic will cover daily life, local news, education, finance etc.
2. Free speech (10%)
• In this portion, speaker will speak out loud freely, and respond to questions or are asked to talk about a specific topic. Speaker should speak as normal while at home with friends or family.
Rate: $12 USD/hour, total workload is 40 mins, but you will be paid for the full hour.
Full instructions and guidelines will be provided so you understand the task completely.
