Pay
The pay range for this role is $10 (1050¥) to $15 (1550¥) per hour.
Starting pay for the most junior Operations Specialist role is $10 (1050¥) per hour.
Pay for a Quality Assurance Operations Specialist is $15 (1550¥) per hour. This role is earned after 2-4 months of excellent quality work from a junior Operations Specialist.
Pay for an Operations Specialist to run additional processes can vary between $11 (1150¥) and $15 (1550¥) per hour.
Shifts & Working Environment
We are targeting to hire full-time agents working from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm JST.
That said, we are open to the idea of part-time positions and different working hours.
The working environment is entirely remote. You can work from home or in an office space.
We will have a "virtual office" set-up on Zoom that will function as your primary meeting space every day.
