Details of the project: We have a 21-minute video spoken in Samoan that we need transcribed and translated into English. The task must be done on a template provided by the client, marking the onscreen timecodes every 30 seconds. The audio quality is quite good and the language spoken doesn't seem to be complicated.

The deadline for the project is Monday 20 January at 18:00 CET.

The available rates for the job are the following:
- Transcription SM>SM: USD $4/min
- Translation SM>EN: USD $5/min
