Details of the project: Pactera is looking to expand our team of
Japanese freelance translators. We are
currently selecting resources who match
one of the following profiles:
Profile (Electrical Automation /PLC)
Senior English to Chinese
Translator/Reviewer
Requirements:
• Freelancer, independent worker
• University Degree in Translation
or equivalent and/or relevant experience.
A degree in Electrical Automation /PLC is
also an advantage.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in
software localization, including User
Interface, Online Help, Documentation and
other related materials.
• Experience in MT post-editing is
preferred
• Proficient use of standard CAT
tools and related translation/terminology
management tools, e.g. Trados suite,
MultiTerm.
• Ideal knowledge of other
localization tools such as Idiom, MS
LocStudio, MS Helium, STAR Transit,
Catalyst, Apsic Xbench, SDL Passolo.
• Excellent use of MS Office and
Windows package.
