We are looking for translators to recurrent jobs.
The average workload per month and per translator is 40,000 (net words), counted by CAT tool.
We need translators who can deliver work with final quality, ready to be delivered to the end client in the case of urgent jobs. If a quality translation is done it does not need to be improved by a further revision. Nevertheless we make accurate quality controls and review samples of every single project.
Quality is of paramount importance to us, and we are looking for good quality experienced translators that are up to the job.
We also need open minded translators to make post-edition with final quality in case of jobs with short deadlines.
Our pre-translations are done by a proprietary method which scans CAT translation memories and retrieves partial matches (\"Match by Splitted Segments\"). Our internal base of past translations has more than 300 million words. More specialized corpora was added.
The got pre-translations have much better quality than conventional machine translation.
We pay more in the case of good quality Post-Edition.
Invoices are are in thirty days.
We have big online glossaries in our website open to all translators and specific glossaries are created for every job.
We are looking for long term partnerships, with top level, high quality translators.
