Sample text (50 to 200 words): Период полувыведения Сульбактомакса около 8 часов. У взрослого человека около 60% цефтриаксона выводится с мочой в неизмененном виде, а 40% - с желчью. В кишечнике цефтриаксон превращается под влиянием микрофлоры в неактивный метаболит. Фармакокинетика цефтриаксона при патологии печени или почечной недостаточности существенно не меняется.
Максимальная концентрация сульбактама в крови отмечается через полчаса после в\\м введения, а период полувыведения составляет 1 час. Большая часть (85%) сульбактама выводится почками. Как цефтриаксон, так и сульбактам хорошо распределяются по тканям и жидкостям организма.
