Description: It is about joining the management team, adding to the Agency\'s success, enjoying a competitive salary and other benefits. Duties include:
1. Following up and managing her/his team\'s progress in their projects besides the applicant’s duties as a Translator or an Editor.
2. Delivering regular reports and evaluations about her/his team\'s quality and productivity.
3. Enhancing, ensuring and keeping track of the translation quality of her/his team through our developed Quality Assurance System.
4. Taking over responsibility for translation projects, making sure that they are delivered on the due date according to the highest quality standards.
5. Being one of the official links between the team and the Department Supervisor, to whom he/she will directly report and by who he/she may be delegated temporally or for some permanent responsibilities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in English, preferably in translation field.
2. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Arabic languages, their linguistics and translation techniques.
3. Excellent computer and typing skills.
4. Accurate, reliable, flexible, creative, talented, self-manager, self-motivated, self-controlled and problem-solver.
5. Ability to assume responsibilities, address difficulties, use charisma successfully to achieve career aims and influence others, make decisions, work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
