Creating a Telegu XML closed caption for Flash: Job 00011306

I am looking for a flash developer or a consultant that can help us create a Telugu XML file that flash will read for closed captioning purposes. I have the Telugu file and English XML template, but when we view the cc in flash it is eliminating a couple Telugu characters.

Any thoughts?

We will pay for this job 70 EUR per hour
