Details of the project: Dear Editor,
Trans Infopreneur Inc. is India's premium multilingual
translation and software localisation company. We possess the
largest collection of dictionaries and resources in India (over
2500 dictionaries in 30 odd languages, including German). We
distribute SDL Trados translation tool in India. We edit all
documents to ensure top quality and compile glossaries for all
large projects. We specialise in translation from
Dutch/French/German into English. We have a large modern 10,000 sq
feet office.
We wish to increase our pool of qualified editors/reviewers
from German into English (UK/US) in medical and other domains
such as IT, technical, legal, business, automotive, medical etc.
WE INVITE BIDS FROM NATIVE ENGLISH EDITORS ONLY.
We currently have a medical project of around 27,000 words to be
edited from German into English. The translation will be ready
(in lots) starting from tomorrow (6th) and editing to be completed
by 12th morning. This will be a regular project. We require the
service of a qualified editor with deep knowledge of medical
domain.

Potential volume of work per month: 50,000 - 60,000 words in
medical domain. Large volume in other domains too.
Sample edit: One page sample edit to be done. This will give
youan opportunity to check the quality of translation. The quality
will be satisfactory.
Trados: SDL Trados is to be used.
Delivery: Fairly rapid delivery would be required. For example, a
2000-4000 words document will have to be edited within one working
day. We will inform you about the project as soon as the
translation is started.
Payment: Our payments are extremely prompt. We pay within 2-4
weeks of invoice date.
