Scope: We currently have an ENGLISH to GERMAN high volume project running. 4 files will need to be delivered on Monday (those have already been assigned), and we will be getting more files through next week for a total of 20 files. There are small files (of 700-2000 words each), and some larger files (of 2000-5000 words each). We will need to deliver at least 2 files per day. The project will be sent in MS Word format and you will need to deliver it in the same format. The subject is fianacial/accounting (general ledgers and such).
Payment terms: Since this is a high volume project, we are offering $0.04 USD per source word.
Payment will be done through Paypal only (if you are outside the U.S.), and if you are in the US, we can mail you a check if you prefer to avoid Paypal fees, otherwise it will be done through Paypal as well.
Payment will be done in 30 days. If you handle a lot of the files, we can make arrangements for advanced partial payments before the 30 days. We reserve the right to make payments for poor translations (so far we have not had any problems with quality). All of our translators are very satisfied with the way projects are handled as support is always available.

1 Review the Functional & Reporting Requirements and documents for each module to determine all gaps.
2 Internally prioritize gaps according the user using the following categories:
Critical: can’t do business without
High: can do business without for one month
Medium: can do business without for a short period
Low: nice to have, can do business without, but would significantly enhance user acceptance
Conflict: conflicts with future business process
3 Check gaps against future business flows to confirm that they are valid with the future vision of the process (especially true of approvals, notifications). If they are not consistent with the future flows, assign a “conflict” priority.

We prefer native German speakers with a financial and/or accounting background, but not a requirement. Successful individuals might be contacted for constant work.
