Mr. Enock Mwita Nkaina
Nkaina is one of directors of Nijen. Professionally, Nkaina has been a translator for over ten years since September 2010. He specializes in translating books, written and oral materials from English to Swahili and from Swahili to English. In his carrier, Mr. Nkaina worked closely as a translator, editor and proofreader to many agencies such as, Pactera from China, SawaTech from South Africa, Mission Translate from USA, We Localize from USA, Connect Global from USA and many other, just to mention a few. He was nominated as a language lead for Pactera Swahili Translators, in translation project of User Interface for Huawei phones and Smart watches. Mr. Nkaina also translates various research tools such as questionnaires and related documents. He is a good proofreader, editor and focuses on sentence spelling, grammar, structure and composition. Nkaina has translated more than 10 Million words and 500 literary works in the fields of social sciences, sociology, ethics, arts and crafts, painting, advertising, public relations, religion, music, poetry, literature and linguistics. He is a language consultant with several entities and projects. He translated several works and projects from George Town University – Department of Economics and the McCourt School of Public Policy. One of such project was under the Initiative on Innovation, Development and Evaluation.
