he Alliance Française is a language and cultural relations organization. It was created in
1883 in Paris by renowned humanists, including Louis Pasteur and Jules Verne, with the principal objective of promoting and teaching the French language around the world.
Since then, it has developed into a global network of the Alliance Française institutions, with the common aim of fostering friendship between peoples, through the promotion of the French language and cultural diversity.
The Alliance Française network is currently operating in 135 countries around the world;
The Alliance Française de Nairobi was founded in 1949. It has grown into one of the largest in the World and more so Africa offering Translation, Interpretation, French language
courses to thousands of students annually as well as offering a cultural exchange platform to the public.
The Alliance Française is the only accredited institution in Kenya for international and professional French language certification. It is also the only officially recognized institution
in Kenya for certified translations. We deliver comprehensive conference facilitation services from interpretation, moderation, rapporteuring and planning. We do also undertake transcribing and voice-overs services.

We added to our portfolio translation and Interpretation services to and from Portuguese by by virtue of it being latin based and in addition to Portugal and France being members of the European union.
