I graduated in Civil Engineering in 1981, and achieved a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering in 2003 focused on the Oil & Gas Industry, having some papers internationally published (Journal of Costal Research, International Conference Mangrove, Fifth International Conference on Hydroinformatics).
