My name is Raphael Ramsy Hudson. I am a Tanzanian citizen who is a Swahili native speaker with masters’ degree skilled in linguistics. The first degree I awarded was Bachelor of Education Languages (BEL) at Teofilo Kisanji University (TEKU) and the second degree was Master of Arts in Kiswahili (M.A Kiswahili) at The University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM). At first degree I acquire different skills in translation through theory and practical. By doing a lot of practice concerning translation, I became good in translation and used to it. The second degree gave me efficiency in translation.
In other hand, I am teaching English language and Kiswahili language at Secondary schools since 2012. Being a teacher of these languages in different secondary schools, I acquire different knowledge in different matters. The knowledge enriches me with a lot of vocabularies and skills. In addition, teaching made me an educational translator.
I am also used to translate different proposals, questionnaires, academic matters, report and articles. Thus, I got experience in translation which gave me competence and confidence on translation. Furthermore, I like translating because is the means of sharing knowledge of different societies, solving problems that face a society and giving or acquiring skills from different societies. Also by being confident in translation, I got assurance on working very delightful, efficiently and on time.
