But I prefer to work at 0.08 Euro per source word.

I charge for my services at least 35 Euro per hour.

I'm American by descent, but was born and raised in Brazil. Thus I can almost say that both Portuguese and English are native languages to me. I've had 7 years and many hundreds of thousands of words of experience in translation. Mostly from English into Portuguese, but both ways. This work was done in Brazil with a volunteer group that specialized in education and personal development.

I have a very native understanding of both languages, including nuances, slang, terms that only a native speaker would understand. I feel I can successfully and accurately translate just about any text. The only caveat being that I'm not specialized in certain fields like advanced medicine or engineering. Just about any general or other text I can do a good job on. If I feel I cannot translate something accurately, I will refuse the work.
