- Malay Transcription
- Malay to Malay Subtitling
- Malay to English Subtitle Translation
- Malay to English Subtitle Translation QC
- Create localized English subtitles for video content in Malay with or without scripts.
- Subtitles must be translated with high accuracy and according to guidelines provided by the team.
- Occasionally, take on proofreading and QC tasks as assigned by our team.
- To proofread translated subtitles for grammatical errors.
- To check for format/guideline errors in translated subtitles.
- To be responsible for providing high-quality translation within the deadline given by our teams.

We have a potential translation project.
Please find the following pointers for your kind reference:
1) Subject matter: To provide translation of exhibition-related text for “Selling Dreams: Early Advertising in Singapore” exhibition.
2) Background on the “Selling Dreams: Early Advertising in Singapore” Exhibition: “Selling Dreams: Early Advertising in Singapore” exhibition aims to explore early advertising in Singapore through the showcase of advertisements from various formats of printed materials, to shed light on Singapore’s economic history, business heritage and changing consumer tastes.
Highlighted collections and resources include newspapers, magazines, ephemera and other publications.
3) You will required to go through a test translation of 201 words for quality test.
4) Please provide the cost of your service per source word for translation and revision.
5) You updated CV for evaluation purposes. Please update your CV with your work history highlighting the assignment with date if possible.
Mention and highlight all relevant experience. Mention all your qualification and certification related.
6) We need preferably someone based in Singapore but will be open to any candidates from any location.

We are looking for freelance translators to work for our subtitling projects for the following languages:
• Malaysian to English Translator
• English to Malaysian Translator
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent English understanding.
• Recognized translation qualification and/or translation/proofreading/editing experience in the above languages.
• Native speaker in one of the above languages
• Must be able to meet deadlines
• Must have basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• With access to a computer and a stable internet connection
• Commitment to upholding the company’s high translation standard.
