Job role: sales (mainly administrative work via e-mail).
Our existing business is the production of warranty and instruction manuals for Japanese watch manufacturers, with clients in Tokyo and Hong Kong, and printing companies in Hong Kong and Shenzhen. In addition to this business, we are currently setting up a beauty salon business in Hong Kong. The salon is scheduled to open in April, and you will be also involved in this business.
The job will be mainly a PC-based communication at the head office, but there will be also some printed material production work.
The Hong Kong business will require multiple one-week business trips to the area in the future.
Join the company at the beginning of March and complete the handover from an employee who is scheduled to retire.
Working hours: 10 am - 5 pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
Work location: Ginza, Chuo-ku.
Remote work available from home 2-3 times a month (9 am - 5 pm).
Required PC skills: Excel, Word.
