Details of the project: We have an 800 word document, a label for arthroscopic (surgical) instrument, to be translated into Russian.
We are looking for a native Russian speaker with experience in this field, due to the technical nature of this document, absolute accuracy is vital.

Sample text (50 to 200 words): After each use, the instrument must be cleaned in accordance with the appropriate hospital procedure. BIOMET Arthroscopy recommends the following cleaning steps:
• Submerge the instrument(s) in an enzymatic detergent. Soak the device(s) for five (5) minutes.
• Scrub the submerged instruments with a soft bristled brush. Agitate the instrument(s) in the solution while scrubbing. Maneuver any movable parts to loosen any trapped soil.
• Rinse the instrument(s) with clean warm (38-49°C) tap water.
• Place the instrument(s) into a bath containing warm (38-49°C) water. Agitate the device(s) by hand for at least one (1) minute. Repeat this process two (2) additional times.
• Ultrasonically clean the device(s) for ten (10) minutes in a neutral pH (7 – 8.5) detergent.
• Rinse the instrument(s) with clean, tap water for at least one (1) minute.
• Dry the exterior of the device(s) with a clean, lint free cloth.
• Repeat this cleaning procedure if the instrument(s) appears to be soiled after initial cleaning.
• Ensure that all blood, saline and traces of tissue are removed.
