Details of the project: Dear transcribers,
We have a potential transcription project for 6 hours per day in court hearing.
Please find the following pointers for your kind reference:
1) Must have a proven record of English communication
2) Transcribers who have good track records or any form of certification for transcribing works will be considered favourably. Please state and attached copy of any related certification in transcription. E.G. excellent record and experience for legal works in construction field will be preferred.
3) Dates: 24 Jan 2019 - 8 Mar 2019 and 18 Mar 2019 – 28 Mar 2019 (Total: 33 days) Weekdays. Approximately 6 hours per day
4) Transcriber will be stationed at the client's office premises throughout the contract. Thus, it is mandatory for the transcriber to visit the office.
Venue: Eastern Magistrates Court, Hong Kong
5) Appointed transcriber(s) shall adhere to the transcribing guidelines/format and in-house style which will be communicated upon appointment.
6) Service requirements:
1. Complete and accurate English transcript for the trial hearing related to construction field.
2. Real-Time/Live English transcript with presentation medium (Monitor or Computer live casting).The transcriber needs to bring his/her own laptop. If not, please notify us in advance.
7) Please share your updated CV for evaluation purposes. The language proficiency of the recommended transcriber(s) and the educational qualifications must be stated.
