Details of the project: The requirement is for a retail chain in India. The candidate will be working in Retail Stores at the Airpor in India. The following only forms part of your job description and is issued to you, the jobholder, as a guideline. It may be changed from time to time, following Performance Review and at the discretion of the Company. The duties outlined in the job description are not exhaustive and other duties will be assigned by your Manager from time to time.
Function:
• To meet the customer needs through selling merchandise, giving service and promoting the organization.
• Adhere to the rules and regulations of the organization as per the policies.
• Provide the highest levels of customer service to all customers.
• Acquire a high level of product knowledge in order to assist customers.
