Details of the project: please provide detailed information on how you would envisage your translation process, how you would ensure the confidentiality of the information contained in the documents that will be transmitted to you, and the timelines of the completion and delivery of the service.
Special requirements to the applicants: The list of proposed translators and revisers who will be involved in executing the contract should indicate and/or include:
a) Area of relevant technical translation expertise ;
b) Experience with similar assignments;
c) Physical location of person;
d) Languages spoken;
e) Availability of the person(s); and
f) Detailed CVs of the proposed translator(s) and reviser(s), including a copy of their licenses/certificates, professional memberships – issued by competent authorities – should be attached to the response.
The bidder will quote a unit price per abstract and a price to be quoted per 1000 words in the target language (English) for International Preliminary Reports on Patentability (IPRPs) and Written Opinions of the Searching Authority (WOSAs) in Swiss Francs (CHF). The bidder is also requested to indicate discounts for high volumes of work (please specify amounts and rates), and inform us of projected capacity.
