This is a list of English words of Hebrew origin. Transliterated pronunciations follow Sephardic/Modern Israeli pronunciations as opposed to Ashkenazi pronunciations, with the major difference being that the letter tav (ת) is transliterated as a "t" as opposed to an "s."
